Christina-Ioanna Papadopoulou, (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9539-2726) holds a PhD in Bioeconomy in the Department of Regional Development and Cross-Border Studies, University of Western Macedonia. She holds three Bachelor’s degrees in Department of Business Administration of Food & Agricultural Enterprises (from the University of Patras - 2012), in Department of Accounting & Finance (from the University of Western Macedonia - 2015) and in Department of Management Science & Technology (from the University of Western Macedonia - 2022). Also, she holds two MScs in Applied Accounting and Auditing (from the University of Macedonia - 2015) and in Strategic Managerial Accounting and Financial Management (from the University of Macedonia - 2017). Her research interests include Bioeconomy, Sustainable Agriculture, Agri-food Management, Natural Resources, Rural Development and Climate change. She published work in international journals and has participated in a significant number of international conferences.
