FLEXIZYME at the World Congress on Oils & Fats 2025
From September 17–18, FLEXIZYME was proudly represented at the World Congress on Oils & Fats and 2025 ISF Lectureship Series, a premier international event held in Rosario, Argentina, bringing together global leaders in the oils and fats industry.
Our partner, Instituto de la Grasa – CSIC, took the stage with a presentation by M. Victoria Ruiz Méndez, who shared insights on green chemistry and new proposals for the valorisation of by-products from the oil refining process. This contribution reflected FLEXIZYME’s mission to create sustainable alternatives through biotechnological innovation.
