On 6th February, Instituto de la Grasa – CSIC hosted a seminar as part of its “Seminar Cycles”, a platform dedicated to fostering knowledge exchange, research discussions, and scientific outreach. Originally designed for internal collaboration, these seminars have grown into an open forum where visiting scientists can share their latest research with a broader audience.
During one of the events, M. Victoria Ruiz-Méndez and Justo J. Pedroche represented CSIC’s involvement in the FLEXIZYME project. Their presentation highlighted the scientific advancements and interdisciplinary approach FLEXIZYME is taking to create sustainable, biobased solutions for industrial applications.
These seminars continue to serve as a valuable space for researchers, students, and science enthusiasts to engage in discussions and explore cutting-edge developments.
